This necklace is inspired by a large assortment of peach and pink beads I bought off of eBay and one of my favourite colors of Czech glass seed beads, gold-lined aurora borealis crystal. This gallery is devoted to all the flawed pieces I’ve made. Over the years, I’ve made silly mistakes while crafting and here’s Exhibit A. Some mistakes I caught too late to fix and some were the results of inattention. Each piece is for sale unless otherwise noted. Prices are negotiable.
Somehow, I accidently crushed 2 Delica beads. This is what the necklace looks like after I fixed the two crushed beads on the left side. The flaw is not as noticeable if you wear this over a black top.

This is what happens when you start a project with white Nymo thread and, part way through, switch to sand colored Nymo thread because you ran out of white thread. It was only when I was nearly finished that I noticed a big difference between weaving with white versus sand colored Nymo thread. At that point, I decided to embrace the flaw.
